THE JIB (sleeps 6)
• Main Bedroom: A comfortable full-size (double) bed in a cozy, coastal-inspired setting.
• Bedroom 2: Two sets of twin bunk beds sleeping 4, making it the perfect space for kids, teens, or additional guests.
The two Jib bedrooms share The Jib's full bathroom.

THE GENOA (sleeps 4)
• Main Bedroom: A comfortable full-size (double) bed and a peaceful atmosphere for unwinding at night.
• Bedroom 2: A twin bunk bed, a great option for children, friends, or additional guests traveling together.
The two Genoa bedrooms share The Genoa's full bathroom. The Genoa also has a living room for gathering.

Split up however suits your group: parents in the main bedrooms and kids in the bunk rooms, or two families each settling into their own house, right next door to each other.

The Jib & Genoa has 2 full bathrooms, one in each house, so no one is waiting in a single line.
• The Jib: 1 full bathroom with a shower and toilet, shared by The Jib's two bedrooms.
• The Genoa: 1 full bathroom with a shower and toilet, shared by The Genoa's two bedrooms.

Both bathrooms are stocked with the same essentials, including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and fresh towels, so you can settle in as soon as you arrive. After the beach, the outdoor shower at each house keeps sand outside and bathrooms free.

☆☆ KITCHEN & RELAXING AREAS ☆☆
With a kitchen in each house, feeding a big group is simple. Both kitchens have a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and pots & pans. The Jib's kitchen also includes a freezer, and The Genoa has wine glasses ready for sunset sips. Make breakfast before the beach in one house while the coffee brews in the other, or plan a big cookout together with seafood on the grill.

Each house has its own dining area seating 4 (8 seats in all). For al fresco meals in the fresh ocean air, take dinner outside to the outdoor dining areas.

When the beach day winds down, The Jib's cozy living space and The Genoa's living room are made for relaxing, and a Smart TV in each house sets up easy movie nights. Both houses have free Wi-Fi, portable air conditioning, and baseboard heat, and The Genoa adds ceiling fans and portable fans.

- Check-in is 4 PM; checkout is 10 AM.

- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).

- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked

- We have an additional 5 Str Co-Host Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.

- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Renter’s Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.

- Unexpected things can happen, so WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND getting travel insurance in case you need to cancel your booking.
